For Transport Infrastructure Industry

Responsibilities
➡️ Deliver induction and refresher training on policies, processes, discipline and workplace conduct.
➡️ Build awareness on safety, emergency preparedness, POSH and employee welfare.
➡️ Develop customer service, communication, conflict resolution and grievance-handling skills.
➡️ Train employees on operational systems, processes and technology.
➡️ Identify capability gaps, gather feedback and support continuous improvement.

An ideal candidate would be a:
✔️ Graduate in HR, Operations or a related field
✔️ Solid facilitation and communication skills in English and Hindi.
✔️ Experience in blue-collar frontline/team training (highly desirable)
✔️ Knowledge of safety, POSH and employee welfare practices
✔️ Industry expertise in toll operations/infrastructure (highly desirable)
✔️ Certification in Training & Development is an advantage

The position is Mumbai-based but extensive travel across India will be required. Candidates who have experience training blue-collar workers are encouraged to apply.
