Role Description: The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth across TheTechHacker’s SaaS, software, web development, and digital services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and pricing, and negotiating contracts. The business development manager collaborates closely with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs, track sales performance, and refine go-to-market strategies. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and key business development metrics.

Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.
Experience with technology solutions such as SaaS, software development, web development, and digital marketing services.
