Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Latur, responsible for leading the HR function and aligning people practices with business objectives. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management,



and employee engagement. The Senior HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage compensation and benefits frameworks, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves partnering with leadership to support organizational development, coaching managers on HR best practices, handling employee relations issues, and driving initiatives that strengthen culture and retention. The position also includes maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems, tracking HR metrics, and continuously improving processes to support a growing, high-performing team.
