Role Overview The role is responsible for driving enterprise-level talent partnerships across the healthcare, health-tech, and IT ecosystem. The incumbent will lead placement initiatives, build strategic employer relationships, and position the organisation as a preferred talent partner for hospitals, diagnostics chains, IT companies, GCCs, and digital health organisations.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute placement and mass hiring strategies across healthcare, allied health, health-tech, and IT sectors. • Build and manage strategic partnerships with hospitals, diagnostics chains, health-tech firms, IT organizations, and other corporate employers. • Drive employer acquisition, candidate placements, and long-term client engagement. • Ensure timely and quality fulfilment of hiring mandates while maintaining candidate-job fit. • Oversee candidate readiness initiatives, including interview preparation and employability programmes. • Track placement metrics, employer satisfaction, candidate retention, and market hiring trends.



• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align talent supply with industry demand. • Lead placement operations, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Placement conversion rate and Turnaround Time (TAT) • Number of active employer partnerships and repeat clients • Candidate retention and placement quality • Employer satisfaction and engagement • Revenue/value generated through strategic partnerships (where applicable) Qualifications & Experience • Post Graduate in any discipline. • 10–15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Staffing, Business Development, or Placement Services. • Experience in healthcare, health-tech, IT, or recruitment consulting will be preferred. • Robust industry network and proven experience in building employer partnerships.
