Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the company's end-to-end
marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels. The core role is to
support our brand-building and marketing initiatives through social media
management, content creation, competitor analysis, marketing analytics, and event
marketing activities.

Role Description

A. Brand Building & Marketing:
➢ Develop and implement cost effective and comprehensive branding strategies
and cutting-edge marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs and
preferences of our audience, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.




➢ Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.
➢ Plan and execute BTL activities such as events, roadshows, demos and
community outreach programs to create direct engagement opportunities with
farmers
B. Content Creation, Lead Generation & Social Media Management
➢ Create content for digital and offline marketing channels.
➢ Develop marketing collateral including social media creatives, presentations,
brochures, banners, stickers and other promotional content.
➢ Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, printers, and agencies.
➢ Drive lead generation through various channels, including, social media, referral
programs and partnerships with local influencers along with digital platforms .
➢ Manage social media platforms by planning and publishing content, maintaining
content calendars, driving audience engagement, tracking performance, and
implementing continuous improvements.
