Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Import Customer Service role based in Mumbai. The role involves handling day-to-day import-related customer queries, coordinating shipment status, and ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing import documentation, tracking consignments,



liaising with carriers and overseas agents, and resolving service issues promptly. The role also requires updating systems with accurate shipment information, following up on deliveries, and maintaining solid professional relationships with customers. The Import Customer Service team member will support continuous process improvement and uphold company service standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess experience in Import operations, including documentation and shipment coordination.
Candidates should possess good written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic computer applications and ERP/logistics systems.
Relevant experience in Custom Broking House, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain, and a diploma or degree in commerce, logistics, or a related field would be beneficial.
