Role Description The Sourcing and Procurement Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Borivali. This position is responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective and compliant procurement of pharmaceutical products. The associate will process purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records, track deliveries, and coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance,



and quality to resolve supply issues. Daily responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, supporting vendor performance reviews, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of sourcing processes. The role involves regular communication with domestic and international suppliers, as well as participation in internal meetings to align procurement activities with business needs.
Qualifications

Strong skills in supplier sourcing, vendor evaluation, and negotiation, with the ability to secure competitive terms while maintaining quality standards.
Developing database and better relationships with vendors through networking and managing the existing ones
Experience in purchase order management, inventory tracking, and basic data analysis to support accurate and timely procurement decisions.
