Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job:
Sales of the full range of the Intermediates Business Line (including 3 Product lines – MCA, Ethylene Amines, Sulfur Products) product portfolio in the designated territory.
Member of the EMEA & India sales organization and indirect the global sales organization of Intermediates Business Line.
Define, develop, implement, and execute the business strategy for the assigned accounts under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager.
Direct contact with customers in the region, representing Nouryon in a qualified manner.
Relationships of functions outside sales with customers (e.g., R&D;/technical service visits).
Increase volume and profitability for the assigned accounts.
Take ownership of and deliver on the short- and long-term objectives.
Take ownership of and deliver sales according to budget.




Take ownership of and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Continuously prospect and identify business growth opportunities.
Prepare detailed annual budget and quarterly forecasts/demand plan for the account.
Conduct business according to Nouryon code of conduct (internally and externally).

About The Job (Job Responsibilities):
Develop, manage, and ensure realization of strategies created and the sales for the assigned accounts.
Fully understand the assigned accounts’ current and future needs and act upon the customer’s strategy and tactics.
Create and own the Customer Value Proposition at the accounts.
Keep an overall perspective of interactions and communications between the accounts and Nouryon.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for the business/segment at the key accounts.
Develop strong relationship with key players at the customer and create multi-level connections with the customer organizatio
