Role Description The Assistant Manager Admission Counsellor role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting counselling sessions, and explaining program features, eligibility, and outcomes. The Assistant Manager Admission Counsellor will manage leads, follow up with applicants,



and support them in completing application and enrollment formalities. This role includes coordinating with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission experience, maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems, and preparing regular reports on conversion and enrolment metrics. The position also requires participating in outreach initiatives, information sessions, and other activities that enhance applicant engagement and program awareness.
