About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and commercially minded Sales & Business Development Associate to support our business growth.
This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who enjoys communicating with people, researching new markets, following up with prospects and learning how technical products are converted into business opportunities.
You will work closely with Sales, R&D;, Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams while interacting with potential customers and business partners.




Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and new business opportunities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through research, databases, networking and industry platforms
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails and online meetings
Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for suitable responses
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and product information
Follow up on enquiries, samples, trials, quotations and commercial discussions
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM
Conduct basic market, competitor and industry research
Support exhibitions, conferences, trade fairs and customer meetings
Assist with sales and business-development reports and documentation
