Role Overview
XTEN-AV is transforming the Pro-AV industry with an AI-powered platform for AV design, proposals, project management and workflow automation.
We are looking for a Director of Marketing & Growth to join our leadership team at our Noida headquarters. This is not a role focused primarily on managing day-to-day marketing activities. Your primary mandate is growth. We are looking for someone who can continuously answer the questions that matter most to our business:
Where will our next phase of growth come from? Why are we winning or losing customers? Which markets, customer segments, channels and messages represent the biggest opportunities? What should we do differently to grow faster?
You will analyze markets, customers, competitors, channels, positioning,
product adoption and the customer journey to uncover growth opportunities. You will develop hypotheses, test recent approaches, challenge existing assumptions and turn successful ideas into scalable growth strategies.
You will work closely with our founders and across Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success to translate insights into measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate combines B2B SaaS marketing expertise with exceptional strategic thinking, commercial judgment, creativity and a strong bias toward experimentation.
