Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and hands-on Senior Manager – E-commerce to drive end-to-end online operations, marketplace expansion, and profitable digital growth for our apparel brand. This role is responsible for scaling sales across major platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and D2C website), managing performance marketing, executing pricing and merchandising strategies,



and leveraging AI tools to optimize daily business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Marketplace Management: Own GMV targets, profitability, and day-to-day operations across all key e-commerce marketplaces and D2C platforms.
Performance Marketing & Ad Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across marketplace ad panels and external channels (Meta/Google Ads), maintaining a high ROAS and low ACOS.
Catalog & Digital Merchandising: Oversee catalog health, A+ content, SEO keyword indexing, review management, and high-converting product listings. Plan and execute tactical promotional calendars, discounting structures, and festive event strategies.
Data-Driven Growth & Analytics: Monitor and analyze core unit economics and KPIs daily (GMV, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ASP, RTO/Returns, and Net Realization) to identify revenue leaks and growth opportunities.
