Role Description The Shift Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai.



The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations during assigned shifts, including managing staff schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth service. This role monitors food preparation and safety standards, maintains cleanliness and hygiene, and supports inventory control and cash handling processes. The Shift Manager coordinates with team members to deliver timely and accurate orders, resolve customer concerns, and uphold brand service standards. The role also involves training and coaching team members, tracking performance metrics, and supporting management in achieving sales, quality, and operational targets.
