Multicoreware is looking for a Financial Analyst to support our day‑to‑day financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and assist with month‑end closures, budgeting, and compliance activities. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
? Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations — AP, AR, GL posting, and bank reconciliation.
Assist in consolidation and preparation of management dashboards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct financial analysis (variance, trend, scenario modelling).
Support budgeting and forecasting processes; consolidate inputs from teams.




Monitor KPIs and identify risks/opportunities in business performance.
Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Business Units to gather and validate data.
? Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Robust analytical and quantitative skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint (pivot tables, formulas, modelling).
Experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).
Solid understanding of financial standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Hands‑on knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, P&L;, cash flow, and balance sheet.
