Accurate and timely accounting entries and financial records

Reconciliation

Timely bank, customer and vendor reconciliation

Receivables & Payables

Effective tracking and reporting of outstanding amounts

Statutory Compliance

Timely Coordination For GST, TDS And Other Compliance Requirements

MIS Accuracy

Accurate daily, weekly and monthly management reports

Management Reporting

Timely dashboards and reports for management reviews

Data Analysis

Identification of trends, gaps, variances and business concerns

Data Integrity

Ensuring accuracy and validation of information received from departments

Process Improvement

Improving accounting and MIS processes and reducing manual errors

Cross-Functional Coordination

Effective follow-up with departments for timely information





Timeliness

Meeting all reporting, accounting and compliance deadlines

Proactively identifying issues and taking responsibility for resolution

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Accounts professionally who can manage numbers, analyse business data and communicate findings effectively to management.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
Additional certification in Excel, Finance, MIS, Power BI or taxation will be an advantage.

Experience

3–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts, MIS, Finance or Business Reporting.
Candidates with experience handling both Accounts and MIS will be strongly preferred.
