Key Responsibilities

Drive business development and revenue growth across Digital Financial Services, Payments, Wallets, Digital Banking, and Fintech solutions.
Build and manage a robust pipeline across telecom operators, banks, financial institutions, fintechs, and payment service providers.
Lead strategic sales initiatives and complex enterprise deal pursuits from opportunity identification through closure.
Develop and strengthen partnerships with MNOs, banks, fintechs, payment processors, regulators, and ecosystem partners.
Drive market expansion and customer acquisition across target geographies.
Identify opportunities in digital payments, mobile money, merchant ecosystems, remittances, financial inclusion, and emerging fintech segments.
Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and position value-led solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Pre-sales, Solutioning, and Delivery teams to align offerings with market requirements.
Support large RFPs, strategic bids, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
Track market trends, competition,



and emerging technologies to shape business growth strategies.
Represent the organization at industry forums, customer engagements, and strategic partner meetings.
Lead and mentor business development teams to deliver sustainable growth and market leadership.

Mandatory Skills

Extensive experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within Fintech, Digital Payments, Banking Technology, or Mobile Financial Services.
Strong understanding of digital payments, wallets, mobile money, digital banking, remittances, merchant acquiring, and payment ecosystems.
Proven track record of winning and managing large enterprise deals with telecom operators, banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies.
Strong consultative selling, solution selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
