Calling potential or existing customers to promote products/services
Explaining product features and benefits clearly
Handling customer questions and objections
Closing sales deals over calls
Maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems
Following up with leads or previous customers
Achieving sales targets set by the company
Handling the team of callers
