You will own outbound business development for the Accounting-As-a-Service and Finance-as-a-Service line: identifying accounting practices, bookkeeping firms, fiduciary/administratiekantoor businesses and finance-heavy SMEs across the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland and the UK, opening conversations with partners and finance leaders, and carrying them to a qualified first meeting with our European partners.
You are not expected to close engagements alone or to be a technical accountant. You are expected to generate consistent, high-quality pipeline, to speak credibly about outsourced finance delivery, and to run a disciplined CRM.

We are looking for enthusiastic sales/ business development qualified with relevant Experience in B2B Sales in European/ US/Canada SME market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pipeline generation:
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists of accounting firms, fiduciaries and SMEs across assigned European markets, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc
Run multi-channel outbound: cold email sequences, LinkedIn outreach,



and cold calling into European time zones
Manage inbound and marketplace channels including Clutch, Upwork and similar platforms — responding to briefs, writing proposals, and converting enquiries into calls
Achieve agreed monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and pipeline value created

Qualification & client conversations

Run discovery conversations: current finance team structure, volumes, software stack, pain points around capacity, close timelines and staff turnover.
Qualify opportunities against our delivery capability and commercial thresholds before passing them forward.
Prepare briefing notes so European partners walk into every meeting with full context.
Support proposal and pricing preparation alongside the delivery team; follow up until decision

Market intelligence
Track competitors in the European finance outsourcing market and feed positioning insight back to leadership.
Maintain a view of local mar
