Role Description This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role based on-site in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert prospects into opportunities for goFIN’s loan lifecycle solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



coordinating with account management and customer service teams, and following up with potential and existing clients to drive revenue growth. The role involves presenting product features, addressing client queries, and ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to account onboarding. The Inside Sales Representative will also contribute to improving sales scripts and processes and support ongoing customer relationship activities.
Qualifications
Robust Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in handling outbound and inbound calls and qualifying prospects.
Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver professional Customer Service in a B2B environment.
Experience in Account Management, including nurturing relationships, managing follow-ups, and supporting renewals or upselling.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with a customer
