We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to manage quote generation, system data entry, and policy processing.
What you will do:
Accurately input client details and risk data into insurer portals and internal systems.
Source, compare, and generate accurate quotes across multiple insurance providers.
Review proposal forms and underwriting requirements to ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
Coordinate policy issuance and assist with day-to-day policy administration.
What we are looking for:
Solid insurance knowledge: Clear understanding of policy terms, coverage types, deductibles, and underwriting requirements.
Hands-on portal experience: Fast, accurate execution on insurer quotation engines, CRM tools, and data entry.
Sharp attention to detail: Ability to spot missing details before submission to avoid delays.
Reliable home-office setup and self-discipline to thrive in a fully remote setup.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
