Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula for a US IT Recruitment Fresher. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates for US-based IT positions through job portals, social media, and professional networks. Daily responsibilities include reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate outreach, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining accurate candidate records in internal systems.



The recruiter supports senior team members by updating pipelines, following up with candidates, and assisting with job postings and basic market research. The role requires working closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets while maintaining qualified communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
Foundational understanding of IT roles and technologies, or strong interest in learning about the US IT recruitment domain.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and candidate follow-up.
Comfort with using computers, MS Office tools, and online job portals or professional networking platforms.
