Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Kolkata. The position involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with educational institutions. The role includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating presentations and proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.



The Sales and Marketing Executive will also analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to strategies that expand MyLeading Campus’s presence in the education sector.
Qualifications
Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management with institutional customers.
Experience in marketing activities such as campaign planning, basic digital marketing, and creating promotional materials.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence in speaking to decision-makers in schools and colleges.
Ability to understand and explain software products, with interest in edtech, data-driven decision-making, or ERP solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Comfort working on-site in Kolkata, with willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
