Role Description The Quality Management Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for supporting and maintaining PSP’s quality management system. This role involves monitoring product and process quality, conducting internal quality audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and customer-specific requirements.



The representative will handle customer and internal complaints, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality activities. Daily tasks include reviewing inspection reports, collaborating with production and engineering teams on quality improvements, preparing quality-related reports and presentations, and supporting external audits or customer visits. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, reduce defects, and strengthen overall quality performance.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Quality Management and Quality Assurance to oversee and improve processes and ensure adherence to standards.
Ability to perform Quality Auditing activities, including planning, executing, and reporting internal audits.
Experience in Complaint Management, including investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and
