About the Role
GoodSide Beauty is looking for a Lead - Content & Creator Marketing to own both performance-driven creative and organic social - identifying hooks and concepts, sourcing and directing creators, producing founder-led reels, and briefing designers and video editors to execute it all, while running a unified content calendar across paid and organic.

What You'll Do
Performance Creative Strategy
● Analyze top-performing ads (ours and competitors') to identify what's working - hooks, formats, pacing, angles
● Translate insights into concrete creative concepts and briefs for both video (UGC/creator-led) and static ads
● Identify and test recent hooks and angles on an ongoing basis; treat creative like a testing pipeline, not a one-off task
● Own the performance content calendar - what's in production, what's testing, what's scaling, what's being retired
Creator Sourcing & Management
● Identify, reach out to, and onboard creators suited to GoodSide's audience and category
● Brief creators clearly on concept, hook,



and deliverables; manage the relationship end-to-end from outreach to delivery
● Build a repeatable system/pipeline for creator sourcing so this isn't reinvented every campaign
Founder-Led Content
● Partner directly with the founder to plan, script, and produce founder-led reels and videos
● Shape founder content so it works both as organic social content and as paid ad creative
Static Ads & Organic Social
● Direct static ad concepts - identifying what visual/copy hooks are likely to perform
● Own the organic social content calendar (content pillars, formats, posting cadence)
● Brief and collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to execute both static and video content, giving clear, actionable feedback
Cross-Functional Execution
● Build and maintain a unified content calendar spanning performance ads + organic social
● Share calendars, briefs, and performance learnings with the broader marketing/growth team
● Close the loop with performanc
