About the Role
We are looking for a professional, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage day-to-day customer interactions across phone calls and digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely assistance, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, social media comments, DMs, and inquiries professionally.
Respond to customer queries promptly with accurate and relevant information.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team.
Maintain clear records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate feedback to the relevant teams.




Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and skilled approach to customer interactions.
Comfortable handling phone calls and social media communication.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and computer applications.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Patient, responsible, organized, and customer-oriented.
Prior customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
