Role Description The Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations and customer interactions.



This role involves preparing and maintaining sales documentation, proposals, and reports, as well as updating CRM systems and tracking sales activities. The coordinator will respond to customer inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution of issues to support high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include scheduling meetings, assisting with sales presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing administrative support to streamline the sales process.
