About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Staffing & Vendor Partnerships Manager who has a robust track record of working with large organizations and enterprise clients across the staffing industry.
The ideal candidate will be an established staffing professional who has personally influenced or made vendor-selection and staffing-partner decisions, successfully onboarded new clients/vendors, managed strategic staffing relationships, and built business across both domestic and international markets.
This is a strategic, senior-level role for someone who understands how enterprise staffing ecosystems work and can open doors, establish credibility with senior decision-makers, and convert relationships into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with enterprise clients, staffing buyers,



procurement teams, HR leaders, talent acquisition leaders, and vendor-management stakeholders.
Drive new client acquisition, vendor onboarding, staffing partnerships, and strategic account development.
Leverage an established professional network across large organizations to identify new business opportunities.
Engage with decision-makers involved in staffing vendor selection, RFPs, MSP/VMS programs, preferred supplier programs, and vendor onboarding.
Build and execute strategies to get the organization added to enterprise approved vendor / preferred supplier panels.
Manage relationships with existing enterprise clients and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, TA Heads, Procurement Heads, Staffing Directors, MSP leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
