Supporting Actions

Accountability: To assist Head CRC in planning, coordinating and execution of talent staffing activities as per the guidelines laid .

To assist in planning, organizing and

co-ordinate the entire recruitment process (Internal & External) as per the requirement of the units.

To get the Manpower requisition from the concerned IUs & GUs HODs.
Verify the Manpower requirement and vacancies available as per signed Organization Chart for the position.
Checking compliance with regards to relevant details like, position, grade, qualification and experience, etc in MRF
Ensuring posting of approved Position on portal
Get the applications through the said Sources, Scrutinize concerned Functional Head & guide for interview.
Support in Facilitating Interview process.
Co-ordination of Internal Recruitment Process with the concerned unit for releasing the offer letter of selected candidate.
Ensure their Pre Medical Examination of the external candidate post acceptance of the offer letter.
Ensuring Diversity Hiring across Departments. .





Compensation Preparation & Compensation Negotiation

Preparation of CTC for Internal/External Hires across Eastern Cluster
Negotiation of CTCs with external candidates.
Uploading of CTC onto Poornata systems

TAT & Onboarding

MRF Posting in IRS; Closure of Position within 30 days post IRS posting in Internal & 45 days in external
Creation of Poornata IDs of external employees; Coordination for BGV

Internal Systems Utilization

& External Approvals

Internal Platforms like Skill Spotter & ABG Career Portal and T-Connect for sourcing
External Platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri for sourcing post securing approvals for external recruitment processing
Ensuring Alt-Recruit Compliances for the closure of the position

Talent Staffing related Compliances

Sharing Real Time recruitment status with Unit HR
Weekly review meeting with Unit HRs
Sharing of Final Documents for offered candidates to Unit HRs
