Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of commercial laundry equipment and systems at customer locations.



The Service Engineer will perform routine preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues, and support system commissioning and upgrades as needed. The role includes monitoring equipment performance, responding to breakdowns, coordinating with operations teams to minimize downtime, and maintaining accurate service records and reports. The Service Engineer will also assist in implementing safety and compliance practices, support continuous improvement of processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service-level commitments.
Qualifications
Robust mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills for industrial or commercial equipment, including experience with pumps, motors, control panels, and automation systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals, and apply this knowledge in c
