We are looking for an experienced Pre-Primary Academic Coordinator for a leadership position to lead our Pre-Primary academic programme and mentor teachers.

? Candidate Profile
5-10 years of experience as an Academic Coordinator, preferably in Pre-Primary/Early Years.
Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT/ECCE preferred.
Solid understanding of NEP 2020, FLN & ECCE.
Knowledge of Montessori, Waldorf/Steiner, play-based, experiential and inquiry-based pedagogies.
Strong leadership, communication and teacher-mentoring skills.
Female candidates preferred.
