Keep record of all vendor documents and contracts
Maintain Vendor allocation Matrix
Cost control in recent and renovation stores
Should be able to generate Cost sheets, BOQs and Capex
Should have fair knowledge on Services (HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, Fire – Safety etc.
Should be able to Analyze the data received from cross functions and Vendors for various decision making
Assist in rate analysis & cost negotiations
Drawings Expertise
Should be well versed in CAD.
Retail knowledge
Should have designed & executed stores independently, aware of the project cycle and various activities involved
