Supporting Australia, UK & India operations

Centrim Global is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounting, SaaS subscription billing, bookkeeping and financial reporting. The role also includes limited HR and administrative support while working closely with our Operations Manager and international accountants.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Subscription Billing

• Manage SaaS subscription billing and invoicing
• Track payments and follow up on outstanding dues
• Maintain daily bookkeeping in Xero
• Validate payments and complete bank reconciliations
• Track expenses and prepare Profit & Loss reports

International Finance Coordination

• Prepare financial records for Australia and UK entities
• Coordinate with accounting firms in Australia and the UK
• Provide documentation for tax and compliance submissions
• Maintain accurate records across India, Australia and the UK

Payroll & Reporting

• Process Indian payroll and staff payments
• Maintain payroll and salary records




• Prepare monthly financial and management reports

HR & Administration Support

• Assist with employee onboarding documentation
• Support recent employee account setup
• Maintain basic HR and administrative records
• Work closely with the Operations Manager on day-to-day tasks

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Xero — essential
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Sound understanding of accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in billing, bookkeeping and payroll
• Good English communication skills
• Highly organised, accurate and dependable
