Role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with strong FP&A;, accounting and analytical skills who can work directly with clients and turn financial data into actionable management insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and onboard new client projects on Bizcerebro.
- Analyse monthly performance across sales, collections, cash flow, profitability and construction.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and AI-powered Executive Summaries.
- Identify key trends, risks, deviations and business insights.
- Recommend clear, actionable interventions to management.
- Perform Plan vs Actual, budget vs actual and forecast analysis.
- Validate/reconcile client data from ERP, Excel and other systems.




- Work closely with client finance/MIS teams and support management reviews.

Requirements
- 2+ years experience in FP&A;, Financial Controlling, MIS or Business Finance.
- Strong Excel, accounting and financial analysis skills.
- Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cash flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- High attention to detail and ownership.

Preferred: Real Estate industry experience; CA/CMA/MBA Finance; exposure to ERP/BI tools.

Location Preference: Candidate should be from NCR
