Curer is solving this by building a system that manages the entire patient journey - from consultation to recovery - across doctors, diagnostics, paramedics, and home care.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can make this system work on the ground, every single day.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership execution role responsible for managing patient care operations, doctor onboarding, and real-time coordination across the Curer ecosystem.
You will be at the center of everything - patients, doctors, paramedics, and internal teams.
What You Will Do
Patient Case Management (HLTH Division)
Manage active patient cases end-to-end
Coordinate with paramedics, nurses, and vendors
Ensure timely service delivery and patient satisfaction
Solve real-time operational issues
Doctor Onboarding & Engagement
Call and onboard doctors onto the iCurer platform
Coordinate demos with the BD team
Conduct online demos for doctors in non-BD cities
Ensure smooth onboarding and activation
Lead Management & Calling
Handle hospital leads and patient inquiries
Convert leads through structured calling and follow-ups
Manage leads from internal data, campaigns, and referrals
Patient Queries & App Operations
Handle patient requests coming through the Curer app
Guide patients through next steps in their treatment journey
Ensure fast response times and resolution
Campaign & Outreach Handling
Engage with doctor leads from WhatsApp and social media campaigns
Drive conversion and onboarding
Coordination & Process Execution
Work closely with BD, operations, and product teams
Maintain structured tracking of cases, leads, and outcomes
Ensure no drop-offs in the patient journey
