Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking three experienced Senior Business Analysts to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our CRM, Sales, and Marketing initiatives by gathering requirements and translating complex business needs into effective functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement within Sales and Marketing domains.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure clear communication with technical teams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and document processes and user stories.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.




Utilize analytical skills to assess data and provide insights that drive decision-making and strategy development.
Monitor project implementation and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and expectations.

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM, Sales, and Marketing domains.
Solid knowledge of CRM systems and their application in business process management.
Proven experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in creating documentation, such as user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
