10–12 years as a BSA/BA with strong domain exposure to Banking / Capital Markets
Understanding of how systems and applications interact and exchange data (interfaces, batch/file transfers, integration points), without needing depth in the underlying tools or middleware
Ability to read/produce data flow diagrams and source-to-target mapping documents
Proven ability to write technical specifications developers can implement directly
Strong data analytics skills, including SQL and large/complex datasets
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and engineering stakeholders
Hands-on experience with AI tools
