We are looking for Lead Accounts Payable position.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Accounts Payable & Banking activities of the Company.
Leadership skills to lead team size of 3-5 members.
Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and financial operations within the company.
Daily Payment Batch run, review Advance payments & timely escalation handling
Periodic Vendor Reconciliation (key requirement).
3 Way matching System PO, GRN & Invoice
Well versed with (P2P) Procure to Payment cycle.
GRN Based Purchase & Expenses Invoice booking.
Statutory compliances - TDS, PF, PT, ESIC Payments and Return Filing.
Should have comprehensive Knowledge of GST & TDS
Should be well versed with Accounting Entries (key requirement).
Running AP Reports, Advance Reports,



GRN reports from System for analysis.
Manage and Monitor banking activities of the organization.
Banking Operations (FD Creation, OD creation, Lien Removal, All banking Forms filling etc).
ERP knowledge is an added advantage (JD Edwards, SAP & Navision preferred).

Reporting to : Finance Manager

Location : Mumbai - Mahalaxmi
Experience : 5+ years

Educational Qualification:
B.Com / CA Inter with 5 to 6 + yrs of experience in Accounts Payable.
Have prior experience of leading a team of 3-4 people
