Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a Staff Engineer who can build recent features in Angular 21while also rolling up your sleeves on older code-refactoring legacy components, state management, and API integrations into patterns that actually scale.

This is a full-time position based out of Kochi.

Preferred Location

Qualified candidates should be based in or near Kochi and able to work from our Kochi office as part of a hybrid schedule.

Essential Functions

Build features in Angular 21 using Signals, standalone components, and zoneless change detection
Dig into older code, understand it, and refactor it into something maintainable
Contribute to our Angular Material -> Zard UI migration
Build reactive data flows with NgRx and RxJS
Build components that look and work great on both mobile and desktop using TailwindCSS and Sass

Education Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master of Computer Applications.

Role and Responsibilities

Play a pivotal role in the team, working closely with Product & UX teams,



to single handedly own individual modules that are part of an enterprise suite of applications
Lead the design and solution for refactoring complex legacy codebases
Play an important role in optimization across solution/architecture/code
Lead technical conversations with non-engineering stakeholders
Influence a positive team culture: raising the bar on quality, documentation, and shared ownership
Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation
Design, development of scalable enterprise grade applications
Scoping and breaking down large initiatives into iterative, shippable pieces
Review code, share knowledge, and help shape how we build things going forward
Strongly desirable - Having exposure to AI tools to develop UI screens & troubleshoot production issues

Required Experience, Knowledge And Skills

7-10 years in frontend/UI engineering
Strong Angular 21 skills for: Signals, Signal Forms, standalone components, zoneless change detecti
