Role Description The Content Creation Mentor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for guiding and coaching content creators, helping them develop high-quality digital content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and providing feedback on written and visual content, conducting training sessions, and developing frameworks, templates, and best practices for the content team.



The mentor will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and account managers to ensure consistent messaging and effective storytelling across campaigns. The role also involves monitoring content performance, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting junior team members in enhancing their creative and strategic skills.
Qualifications
Robust skills in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling for digital platforms.
Experience mentoring or training content teams, with the ability to give constructive, actionable feedback.
Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts, social media content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
Ability to plan and organize content workflows, including creating guidelines, checklists, and quality standards.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
