We’re Hiring | Influencer Marketing Executive

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who wants to get close to the real work behind creator campaigns.
This is a hands-on role where you will work across multiple briefs and gradually take ownership of the journey from brief to campaign closure.
What you’ll work on
• Understand brand and campaign briefs
• Discover and evaluate relevant creators
• Build strong, client-ready creator shortlists
• Research creators across platforms and categories
• Communicate with creators, influencers, and talent managers
• Manage outreach and follow-ups
• Negotiate creator commercials and deliverables
• Coordinate campaign workflows, timelines, and approvals
• Keep track of creator commitments and campaign deliverables
• Solve execution challenges and keep campaigns moving
• Support campaign closure and reporting




What we’re looking for
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising, social media, or creator partnerships
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills
• Strong organisation and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
• Positive understanding of social media, creators, and content
• Problem-solving attitude and practical thinking
• Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
You don't need to know everything already.
