We are looking to hire Jr. Executive - 3PL operations for United Liner Shipping Services LLP a part of JMB Group Company.

? Location - Tuticorin
? Qualification - Any Graduate
? Experience - Minimum of 1 year, max. 3 years Work experience in logistics, Freight forwarding, Export Operations, Exposure on PO Management, Cargo Consolidation

Job Description:
1) Key account Handling ---Handling Assigned customers
Adhering to SOP and requirements
2) Coordinating with Various parties:- Principal, Vendors, Carriers, NVOCC, Buying House, Custom Brokers etc.
3) Following up with carrier for loading confirmation and local Invoice
4) Processing the carrier invoice for payment and following up with accounts
5)



Following up with vendor for Consignee set of documents & with Carrier for the final BL release
6) Document uploading --Combine the documents as per the sequence, audit the documents and post in sharepoint
7) Releasing the final FCR to vendors upon receipt of payment.
8) Providing VMS related training to the vendors on their request, attend & resolve their queries.
