About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Manager/ Account Manager with strong client-handling experience to manage and grow our B2B accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Handle meetings, feedback, escalations, and delivery.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Drive account growth and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in a creative agency.
Candidates from content, digital marketing, branding, advertising, or creative agencies only.
Strong client management and communication skills.
Polished, confident, and presentable.
Ability to independently manage accounts and deliver with minimal ramp-up.
Comfortable working from office.
