Company Description National Agro Foundation (NAF) is a public charitable trust established in 2000 by Mr. C. Subramaniam, Architect of India’s Green Revolution and Bharat Ratna awardee, to drive rural revival through practical innovations. Guided in its early years by Dr. A. P. J. Role Description The Field Staff Agriculture role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sarangarh.



The role involves working closely with farmers and rural communities to support sustainable agricultural practices, including crop planning, soil health management, and adoption of improved production technologies. The field staff will conduct farm visits, demonstrations, and training sessions, collect and analyze field data, and provide feedback to project teams for continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include facilitating access to inputs and services, supporting farmer producer groups, and promoting market linkages for agricultural produce. The position requires regular documentation of field activities, coordination with local stakeholders, and participation in review meetings to ensure program goals are met.
