We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Associate with 3–12 years of experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales strategy and direct sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, build meaningful customer relationships, and consistently drive revenue growth.
This role is suited for a commercially minded professional who understands the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, conversion, and relationship management. Experience across B2C and B2B sales environments will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify recent business opportunities through market research, prospecting, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Own the direct sales process,



including lead qualification, customer engagement, product/service presentations, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Understand customer needs, business challenges, and buying behavior to recommend appropriate solutions.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with prospective customers.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
Track sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline movement, and revenue contribution.
Collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and operations teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities.
