We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead the Mining and Construction business division. This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for business growth, P&L;, sales, operations, innovation, and international expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a robust track record of building and scaling businesses within the mining and construction sector, managing large client relationships, developing distribution channels, and driving profitable growth across multiple geographies.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the Mining and Construction segment.
Identify new markets, business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key accounts.
Drive revenue growth and expand the organization's footprint across domestic and international markets.




Build the business toward becoming a preferred partner for leading mining and construction organizations.
P&L; Management
Own complete P&L; responsibility for the business across multiple geographies.
Drive revenue, profitability, cost optimization, and sustainable business growth.
Establish business targets, budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
Sales & Channel Development
Lead enterprise and strategic sales initiatives across the mining and construction ecosystem.
Build and manage reseller and channel partner networks across key regions.
Develop relationships with major mining companies, construction organizations, equipment contractors, logistics companies, and government institutions.
Drive large strategic accounts and long-term commercial partnerships.

Work closely with R&D; and product teams to develop solutions aligned with m
