Job Description:
• Assess the medical needs of patients over telephone at the primary care level based on diagnosis.
• Review patient details and medical history provided to the doctors.
• Suggest required diagnostic tests based on diagnosis.
• Recommend or refer patients to specialists if necessary.
• Communicate with patients to understand their health goals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions.
• Develop personalized nutrition plans for clients.
• Compile information and track client progress towards health goals.
• Enter patient information accurately into the patient database.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field.
• Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
• High skilled attitude and dedication.
