About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Customer Support & Sales Agent to join our diagnostics team.

This is a blended role combining consultative sales with day-to-day customer support —

you'll pitch diagnostic and preventive health check-up packages while also handling

scheduling, follow-ups, and query resolution for existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch and sell diagnostic/preventive health check-up packages to prospective customers

via calls and chat

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to phlebotomy (home sample

collection) scheduling

Follow up on test reports, resolve delays, and coordinate with lab/operations teams
Manage high volumes of calls and chats daily while maintaining service quality
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive, consultative selling
Address customer concerns, objections,



and complaints professionally
Maintain accurate records of interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM
Meet daily/monthly sales targets alongside support SLAs (response time, resolution

time, CSAT)

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in diagnostic/preventive health check-up sales or support.
Proven ability to handle both sales and support simultaneously
Robust verbal communication and convincing/negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment
Flexible to work rotational shifts
Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is a plus
Fluency in required languages Hindi, English.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in diagnostic labs, hospitals, or health-tech companies
Ability to multitask between sales pitches and support resolution without dropping

quality
