About the engagement
Consultant Partners is hiring a Program Management Lead on our payroll for a dedicated two-month engagement with one of our clients — a US and EU digital therapeutics company in the mental health space. The client's platform is FDA-registered, CE-marked and HIPAA-compliant, with an established reimbursement track record in Europe, and is now scaling its US business.
You will be a Consultant Partners contractor, assigned full time to this single client. The client is identified at shortlist stage under NDA.

The role
Stand up program management as a core organizational capability during a period of rapid US growth.
The scope is end to end — business, product and technology workstreams, from the working task layer through to executive reporting. You will build the operating system (cadences, boards, reporting, decision and risk management), run it,



and hand it over in working order.
Decisions remain with functional owners and the CEO. You own the machinery that keeps them on time.

Scope of work
Phase 1 — Assess and consolidate
Inventory all work in flight across workstreams; consolidate into a single task and reporting structure (Asana layered on Notion).
Establish the meeting cadence and reporting rhythm — every recurring meeting gets a purpose, an owner and minutes.
Stand up the executive weekly report, open decisions log and RAID risk register.
Phase 2 — Operate and professionalize
Run the weekly operating rhythm: workstream roll-ups, blocker resolution, follow-through on trackers and dates.
Build workstream board standards so detail lives with owners and rolls up to one executive view.
Install milestone gate discipline: critical path, go/no-go criteria, pre-agreed decision points.
Ensure program KPIs are instrumented and report
