About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping operations for multiple U.S. client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. accounting standards. This role involves processing payroll, handling multi-state sales tax filings, and maintaining organized financial records. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop is essential,



along with a solid understanding of U.S. accounting practices and terminology. The successful candidate will work independently in a fully remote workplace, providing critical support to our clients and contributing to the overall efficiency of our financial services.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess at least three years of bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients. A strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop is required, complemented by hands-on experience in running payroll through major payroll platforms such as Gusto, ADP, or equivalent. Familiarity with preparing and filing sales tax returns across multiple U.S. states is essential.
