About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned leader to join us as an Associate Director – Talent Management. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, overseeing a scope of approximately 1,000 employees. You will be responsible for translating business strategies into effective people programs while leading a team of HR professionals to deliver excellence across the employee life cycle.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor,

Employee Experience & Retention: Design and implement robust engagement frameworks for a hybrid workforce to improve productivity and proactive retention.
Conflict & Change Management: Lead difficult conversations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and organizational restructuring, with empathy and skilled candor.
Policy & Process Excellence: Own the implementation and evolution of HRM policies, benchmarking against global market best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Operational Oversight: Ensure 100% compliance in people operations and utilize advanced analytics to identify trends that influence future workforce direction.

Expertise and Qualifications
Master’s degree in HR from a top/premier institute.
10–14 years of core HR Business Partnering experience within the
